Named in memory of Harry Windsor MBE (1932 - 2007) the centre was developed in 2008 to provide facilites and educational support for Bell Ringing in the surrounding area.  

Harry Windsor was actively involved with the examination and restoration of bells througout the area and held several offices for The Coventry Diocesan Guild of Bell Ringers who recognised his tremendoes contribution to Bell Ringing by giving a bell to Kineton in his Memory.

The Centre is currently developing its facilities and expertise whilst also augmenting the bells and installing sound contol and a dumb bell.

The centre is run by a committee - Michael Gray (Chairman - Snitterfield) and Nick Gunn, Sue Marshall & Graham Nabb from Kineton who have many years of teaching and bell ringing experience between them.
